BP panels and roof hatch
A roof hatch was installed as the amount of gear grew and safe access was required. The surface of the roof is coated with multiple layers of Ames elastomeric coating to deflect UV/heat.
The panels were installed below the mansard level to obscure them from the street view - as well as prevent flying glass when the storms blow in from the Pacific. We are not blocked by anything :-)
Ames roof systems - highly recommended for any flat roof, below grade basement, or trailer which gives you grief.
